AFI: Lifetime Achievement
Last night in Culver City, the American Film Institute honored Shirley MacLaine with a lifetime achievement award. Her brother Warren Beaty (does anyone else always forget they’re brother & sister?), who won the award in 2008, presented it with some loving digs about her reincarnation beliefs. With a career that spans 55 years and co-stars that include The Rat Pack and Meryl Streep, she has most definitely earned it. Here are some of her most famous roles:
